Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in interaction design, with a strong portfolio showcasing intuitive, user-centered designs and user flows in digital products
  • Proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and iterating on interactive experiences
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to balance user needs with technical constraints and project requirements
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with conducting and leveraging usability tests, user research, and analytics to drive design decisions
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating simple, elegant, and efficient user experiences

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize user flows that guide users intuitively and efficiently through products
  • Use Figma to develop high-fidelity prototypes that represent the final interactive experience
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, engineering, and visual design—to create cohesive and frictionless user experiences
  • Conduct and analyze usability tests to validate design choices and iterate on solutions that address user pain points and enhance usability
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all interaction designs to ensure broad usability and compliance with relevant standards
  • Employ design thinking and UX principles to map out effective interactions that support user needs and business goals
  • Document design interactions and processes to help build a scalable, user-centric design system
