UX/UI Designer

Summary

Join Mediafly, a leading revenue enablement platform company, as a talented UI/UX Designer to lead user experience across our Lightning Web Components (LWC), internal Salesforce tools, and customer-facing portals. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences. You will design and iterate on user interfaces, translate complex workflows into simple solutions, build and maintain our design system, conduct user research, and create user journeys and prototypes. Close collaboration with developers to ensure high-quality implementation is key. Champion accessibility standards and contribute to cross-functional initiatives. This role requires 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for SaaS or enterprise platforms and mastery of Figma. Must reside in Poland.

Requirements

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience for SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Ability to design for diverse personas — from Salesforce power users to external customers
• Mastery of Figma and modern design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and accessibility best practices
• Comfort working in agile teams and balancing user needs with business goals
• Must reside in Poland

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on user interfaces for LWC apps, Salesforce-native features, and embedded media experiences
• Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions for both admins and end users
• Build, maintain, and evolve our design system in Figma to ensure consistency and scalability
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring ideas to life
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and pixel-perfect interactions
• Champion accessibility standards (508/WCAG) in all designs
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning learning, coaching, AI, and interactive dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing within the Salesforce ecosystem (preferred)
• Familiarity with video, learning, or coaching platforms
• Exposure to AI-driven experiences or conversational interfaces
• Experience with tools like Jira, Productboard, and Confluence
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning Web Components
• Experience designing for AI-powered products
• Passion for building user experiences that drive learning, performance, and engagement
