UX/UI Designer

Summary

Join our team as a talented and enthusiastic UX/UI Designer! You will be responsible for creating intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences across our products and platforms. Collaborate with product managers and developers, translate user research into designs, and iterate based on feedback. Work closely with cross-functional teams and advocate for user needs. Stay updated on industry trends and contribute fresh ideas. As a product experience leader, you will proactively generate new customer experiences.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Possess proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (Web and Mobile) and successful outcomes
• Be proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools
• Have experience creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and interactions
• Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Possess an analytical mindset with a strong ability to think critically and solve design challenges
• Showcase creativity with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences
• Have the ability to present to clients via video conferencing
• Be proficient in English (B2) and Spanish (Native)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to create clear and organized information architectures that facilitate seamless user interactions
• Translate user research findings into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and enhance user experiences
• Create visually appealing and consistent user interface designs that align with brand guidelines and contribute to a delightful user experience
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis, ensuring a user-centered and data-driven design process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of UX/UI designs into the development process
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process, championing user needs and preferences to create user-friendly and accessible designs
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, design tools, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and approaches to the team
• As a product experience leader, this role would have a responsibility to constantly seek to generate new experiences as proactive customer propositions

Preferred Qualifications

• Have basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, etc.) to collaborate effectively with developers
• Be familiar with data analysis tools and A/B testing to inform design decisions
• Understand accessibility principles and guidelines to create inclusive and accessible designs
