Requirements

• Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating engaging web pages
• Proficiency in Figma, staying up-to-date with the latest feature releases and implementing them to optimize processes
• Experience working with design systems
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experiences
• Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and implement improvements
• Experience with A/B testing solutions
• Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, and the ability to rationalize your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and maintain a strong sense of ownership
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with all stakeholder groups
• A true team player
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our website
• Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
• Maintain and expand the design system in a strategic and sustainable way
• Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity and ease of use for end users
• Work closely with engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics & other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations
• Suggest new ideas for improving the user experience
