UX/UI Designer

Summary

Join OLAPLEX as a temporary UX/UI Designer to support on a site redesign project, reviewing designs and giving feedback on UX/UI best practices, with Investigation & Experience design being the primary focus (85%) and Testing & Data Tracking being secondary (15%).

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with UX/UI design and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree required, in UX/ UI design, human-computer interaction, computer science or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Data interpretation and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the agency to give detailed feedback & notes on designs
• Create [from scratch] as needed user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups for new features, functionality or landing pages. Gather feedback from key stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure designs are mobile-first, backed by date, and are user-focused
• Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components
• Together with the key stakeholders define an A/B testing roadmap to stress test new features and/or customer journey for new site
• Key stakeholder in site relaunch UAT in preparation for relaunch with focus on usability & customer journey
