Summary
Join Plain Concepts' international UX/UI Design team and craft exceptional user experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will design, prototype, and implement user-centered solutions, collaborating with a brilliant team. You'll work on cutting-edge projects, utilizing the latest design tools and technologies. The position offers flexibility with remote work options. You'll be responsible for developing innovative solutions, conducting UX consulting, and delivering client workshops. Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in interaction processes and research or project definition
- Experience conducting client workshops or collaborative dynamics
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Miro, Optimal Workshop, or similar
- Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience in creating Design Systems
- Strong knowledge of UX processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of 3D tools like 3ds Max or Blender
- Fluent in English
- Ability to represent the team in client-facing situations and effectively defend your work
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative, tailor-made solutions and projects from scratch for our clients, both nationally and internationally
- Work with the latest trends in user interface design, best practices, and cutting-edge technologies
- Deliver workshops and training sessions for clients
- Conduct UX consulting focused on software solutions (mobile, web, TV, Mixed Reality)
- Lead UX dynamics centered on Design Thinking and Lean UX
- Create usability proposals to add value and simplify interaction
- Ensure a user-centered design approach by testing and iterating products
- Develop sitemaps, flows, and user journeys
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of 3D tools like 3ds Max or Blender
