UX/UI designer

Join our award-winning development agency as a Mid+/Senior UX/UI Designer! This freelance, remote position offers the chance to work with exciting clients from the USA and Europe on challenging projects. You will collaborate directly with clients, conduct user research, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Your responsibilities include designing intuitive and user-centered interfaces, optimizing user journeys, and iterating on designs based on feedback. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in design tools like Figma and Miro. This role requires a commitment of 15-20 hours per week.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a UX/UI designer role
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant work
• Expertise in complex technical Web/ Mobile application design processes
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro
• Ability to understand the needs of a client
• Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week on the Scale3C Projects
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished and visually appealing designs
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Discuss the scope of work with a client
• Conduct user research and gather insights from all the stakeholders
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
• Develop intuitive and user-centered UI designs that reflect the brand's identity and enhance overall usability
• Design user flows and interaction models that optimize user journeys and drive seamless navigation
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders ensuring continuous improvement
• Analyzing current web or mobile applications and providing suggestions on how to improve UX/UI of it
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, and incorporate them into your work

Preferred Qualifications

SaaS knowledge- would be a plus
