Summary

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in the B2B or SaaS industry
• A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, processes, and end results
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Fluency in English is a MUST; knowledge of other languages like German or Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design concepts
• Participate in the discovery phase to identify user needs and design development to create solutions that enhance user experience
• Create prototypes to visualize design concepts and iterate based on user and stakeholder feedback
• Design engaging and responsive email templates for various communication needs
• Develop and support a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products
