Requirements

• Have 3+ years designing SaaS or data-heavy products in Figma (web and mobile)
• Love turning gnarly requirements into elegant, friction-free flows
• Pair strong visual taste with data literacy—can read funnels and heatmaps
• Prototype in Figma, Framer, or Principle and speak basic CSS/Flexbox to guide devs
• Care about accessibility and responsive behaviour as first-class features
• Thrive in async, fast-iteration, founder-led environments

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for product features, dashboards, and landing pages
• Run lean user research: interviews, usability tests, analytics dives, heuristic reviews
• Translate insights into wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and clickable prototypes in Figma
• Define systems: tokens, components, interaction patterns, and accessibility rules
• Collaborate daily with PMs and engineers to scope, prioritise, and ship
• Sweat details—motion, microcopy, empty states, skeleton loaders, dark mode
• Validate: set success metrics, ship A/B tests, analyse PostHog funnels, iterate
• Maintain a live design system shared across Framer, React, and React Native repos
• Raise task-completion rates to ≥95 % on newly shipped flows within 30 days of launch
• Cut design-to-dev hand-off time by 50 % through reusable components and clear specs
• Establish a unified design language that scores ≥4.5/5 in quarterly customer surveys on visual appeal and ease of use
