UX/UI Designer

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and A/B testing methodologies
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling and user-friendly designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced English proficiency
• Currently located in LATAM

Responsibilities

• Design and develop landing pages that enhance user engagement and conversion rates
• Adapt to client design requirements, ensuring consistency with their brand and vision
• Implement and analyze A/B testing to optimize user response and improve UX
• Visualize and prototype new product features that align with business objectives
• Apply UX patterns to create seamless and intuitive user journeys
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation
• Utilize Figma to build and refine designs, maintaining a structured design system
• Maintain and refine style guides to ensure consistency across digital products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma libraries and their integration with frontend frameworks like Vue.js
• Experience designing for startups or fast-growing companies
