Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI Design, with extensive experience in leading design initiatives for startups from inception to launch
• Fluent in English C1, with outstanding communication skills to lead discussions and effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional ability to understand and integrate product strategy with user experience, demonstrating a profound orientation towards product outcomes and user-centric solutions
• Strong capability to dissect complex problems, identify underlying issues, and propose well-rounded solutions
• Expertise in User-Centered Design, Lean Startup methodologies, and Agile frameworks. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro, with a strong understanding of mobile design standards and UX patterns
• Demonstrated experience in launching new products, managing complex design challenges, and delivering innovative design solutions that align with strategic business goals
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and negotiate solutions that align with business strategies and user needs
• 3+ years of experience in Web UX/UI Design
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) with both written and spoken skills used for clear and active communication with native speakers

Responsibilities

• Drive UX/UI design from concept through launch, focusing on startup products and ensuring design integration with business strategy
• Guide the overall design direction, from conceptualization through high-fidelity mockups and clickable prototypes, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Lead discussions and presentations with stakeholders, including partners and cross-functional teams, to achieve buy-in and 'sign-off' on design solutions
• Actively engage with the engineer team and with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cohesive understanding of the product vision and user experience strategies
• Advocate for advanced design methodologies and tools, fostering a culture of innovation
