Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in product management and design, and 4-5 years in a senior leadership role
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Skills: Strong expertise in product strategy, UX/UI design principles
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Analytical: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the organization’s product and design vision aligned with strategic goals
• Lead and manage the product and design teams, overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle and ensuring quality standards are met
• Partner with executives to align product initiatives with the revenue plan and execute against it
• Engage with clients and partners to identify opportunities for new capabilities and products
• Work closely with engineering to prioritize features and optimize product offerings
• Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product features and partnerships in collaboration with the marketing team
• Foster innovation by integrating user research and usability testing into the design process
• Mentor product and design teams, promoting a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Represent the company at industry conferences and share insights on industry trends with executives to inform strategic decision-making
