Valuation Analyst

Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a remote Valuation Analyst! WBL provides short-term commercial real estate loans and services loan portfolios. This contract/consultant position is 100% remote, working 9:00 am-6:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in banking, real estate, or appraisal. The role involves analyzing real estate collateral, researching markets, creating reports, and performing administrative tasks. Fluency in English is essential. A competitive salary ($1200-$1500 USD) and PTO are offered.

Requirements

• 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in banking, real estate and/or real estate appraisal
• Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proactive approach and strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate collateral pledged in connection with loan applications to determine an estimated value, using comparable ("comps") data from online sources such as Zillow, Redfin and others
• Research local U.S. real estate markets
• Create exhibits for reports
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, composition of emails, and updating various documents and systems
• Other projects and duties as assigned
