Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 1+ years of relevant work and / or internship experience
  • Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool; comfortable with formulas and creating pivot tables

Responsibilities

  • Execute data analysis of trends and strategy opportunities for quality improvement across Aledade’s value based care portfolio
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to health service utilization, cost of care, quality measure performance, and shared savings for MSSP and health plan payer contracts (Commercial, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid)
  • Develop strong understanding on payer-specific quality programs and partner with subject matter experts to learn and develop practice workflows for addressing quality measures
  • Conduct the assessment of determining opportunities for reducing unnecessary costs, driving quality performance improvement, and for promoting primary care
  • Generate monthly patient-level quality reports to be shared with practices in a timely fashion
  • Facilitate communication amongst internal and external key stakeholders regarding data, strategy, and operations
  • Support preparation for internal and external meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid health plan payor contracts
  • Experience using Tableau or other data management software
  • Familiarity with Stars/ HEDIS quality measures
