Summary
Join MANTL as a Senior Value Engineer and lead meaningful work to understand and maximize the value credit union customers achieve from their partnership with MANTL. Leverage your deep credit union perspective to contribute valuable insights to digital product strategy and champion the customer voice throughout MANTL's operations. You will own account strategy, drive renewals, and identify upsell opportunities for a portfolio of named accounts. Success in this role involves building strong relationships with customer executives, understanding their business objectives, providing consulting on best practices, forecasting renewals, mitigating churn, and effectively communicating MANTL's offerings to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital product experience in a credit union with consultative mindset
- Functional understanding of applicable banking regulations including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Fraud controls
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions (ex: product, sales, reporting, legal, finance) and work well in a team environment
- High level of initiative and ability to work autonomously
- Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Excellent problem solving capabilities and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced startup-like environment
Responsibilities
- Lead meaningful work to listen and learn from our credit union customers, to maximize the value they achieve from their partnership with MANTL
- You’ll bring a deep credit union perspective to digital product strategy, drawing on your experience to share valuable insights with our customers
- Your empathy and understanding will help champion the voice of the customer throughout every aspect of MANTL’s work
- In addition, you'll own the account strategy, drive renewals, and uncover upsell opportunities across a portfolio of named accounts
- Success in this role includes building meaningful relationships with customers' executives, easily understanding our customers’ business objectives, consulting on best practice onboarding, implementation, adoption, and change management, forecasting renewals, identifying risk, and mitigating churn
- You understand MANTL’s products and effectively communicate all offerings to the client; position growth opportunities by identifying additional needs within an existing client offering
- You Drive customer satisfaction and ensure customers are realizing the value of MANTL products
- You Consult with customers on industry best practices
- You develop success criteria (examples could include deposit growth, increased FI efficiency, increased automation, reduced back office effort, etc)
- You develop a proactive client outreach cadence and conduct regular reviews with all clients; ensure you are the point of contact for business opportunities, issues, and questions
- You access, analyze, and present customer reports to draw conclusions and provide recommendations; develop strategies to address issues posing risk to the renewal
- You develop account strategy and map out executive, champion, and influencer relationships
- You partner with our cross-functional partners to enhance customer experience & provide thought leadership across MANTL, including support for our Product, Engineering, and GTM teams
