Summary

Join Veriff's Quality Assurance team as its founding Verification Quality Control Specialist in the USA! You will play a crucial role in safeguarding online identities and preventing fraud by performing quality control checks, answering team and client questions, and working with OKRs. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and project management skills. Requirements

  • Have excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Be a great communicator and be able to adapt your communication style to different audiences. Be not afraid to challenge something when you need to!
  • Be punctual, independent, proactive, and quick to get things done
  • Be able to assist and coordinate multiple focus areas and tasks
  • Have project management skills - Be able to identify, create and apply processes, methods and knowledge
  • Have a keen eye for detail and look for opportunities that will allow us to foster a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks relevant to the QA function
  • Maintain a systematic overview and improve the overall execution of quality control services by conducting quality control checks
  • Answer any questions from team members or clients related to the QA function
  • Understand and work with OKRs and execute on agreed Key Results and projects
  • Have an excellent understanding of quality, what it impacts and how it can be driven
  • Create structure and oversee tasks and goals for both QA processes and related purposes
  • Keep our internal guidelines up to date and develop QA tool-related processes
  • Work with data and conduct data analysis
  • Create and update retrospectively traceable process change log for compliance purposes
  • Share insights, knowledge, and learnings that reduce risk, complexity, effort, and challenges of the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working for a global scaleup/startup
  • Have previous experience within the SaaS industry
