Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Have 10+ years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Possess a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling SaaS products, particularly in a private equity-backed context
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product strategy and decision-making
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Have experience with agile development methodologies and tools
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Have a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the SaaS industry
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • Have experience in driving cultural change and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with our business goals and the expectations of our private equity stakeholders
  • Build and mentor a robust product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and accountability
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through development to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure product strategies align with Eliteโ€™s growth and profitability objectives
  • Balance the need for rapid product development and delivery with long-term strategic goals, all while meeting the expectations of stakeholders
  • Prioritize initiatives that yield the highest return on investment, collaborating with P&L product leader and technology senior leadership
  • Establish a forward-thinking product vision that anticipates market trends and customer needs. Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging creative problem-solving and experimentation
  • Adapt to rapidly changing market conditions and customer needs while maintaining alignment with Eliteโ€™s long-term strategic plan and vision
  • Guide the product team through cultural changes associated with transitioning to a private equity-backed SaaS company, fostering agility and responsiveness
