Video and Design Manager

Summary

Join JumpCloud as a Video Strategy Lead to create and execute a robust video strategy, lead an in-house design team, manage podcast production, and support partner organizations with their design and video needs. This role is remote within Mexico and requires fluency in English.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 7-10 years of multimedia production experience, preferably in a B2B tech context and in a fast-paced startup
• Understanding of video publishing requirements and outlets/publishers
• Ability to draft company-wide video guidelines–and train other video producers against those guidelines
• Understanding of effective content structures and storytelling frameworks
• Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset
• People, team, and/or agency management experience

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a robust video strategy from content ideation to production to syndication
• Produce our flagship podcast program and support adjacent podcasts we produce throughout Marketing
• Work with partner and stakeholder teams to support their video production needs, synergize their requests with Marketing and corporate-wide priorities, and manage syndication to support awareness and demand goals
• Manage an in-house design team and create a process to leverage contract (or agency) designers for special requests and/or heavy workloads
• Act as a brand steward for design, overseeing design and style guide updates and communicating those to the company
• Track success metrics around video adoption–from brand, audience, and demand impact perspectives
