Summary
Join Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) as a Customer Education - Video Editor! You will be responsible for editing educational videos for clients and internal use, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven video editing experience, with a strong emphasis on detail and collaboration. Proficiency in Camtasia is preferred, but training is provided. Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience as a Video Editor; experience with educational or instructional content is a plus
- Fundamental knowledge of video and script editing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to follow detailed directions and meet tight deadlines consistently
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean and structured file management system, particularly on Google Drive
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to new software and technologies quickly
- A proactive and adaptable approach to managing workload and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Edit educational videos for clients and internal use, ensuring they meet Customer Education standards
- Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and deadlines
- Manage and organize video files and project folders in Google Drive, maintaining a clean and structured system
- Make swift updates to existing content based on feedback and evolving requirements
- Utilize Camtasia for video editing tasks, with training provided as needed
- Incorporate basic video and script editing techniques to enhance the educational content
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure all videos are polished and professional
- Follow detailed directions from the project team, consistently meeting deadlines
- Engage in regular communication with project teams to provide updates on progress and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistency and quality across all educational content
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to video editing software or file management
- Assist in the development and maintenance of video content standards and procedures
- Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of Camtasia as needed
