Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably within the fitness, outdoor, or lifestyle industry
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Strong understanding of color grading, sound editing, and motion graphics
• Ability to edit for multiple platforms and formats, including short-form and long-form content
• Creative storytelling skills with an eye for pacing, composition, and brand aesthetics
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Enhance raw footage by adding graphics, motion effects, color grading, and audio enhancements
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form, engaging clips for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts aligned with the brand’s identity and goals
• Stay updated on video editing trends and best practices to optimize content performance
• Organize and manage video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and version control

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with social media content creation and optimization is a plus
