Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor in the gaming industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in editing gaming content, cinematic trailers, or similar projects
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Experience capturing and editing cinematics within Unreal Engine
• Excellent eye for aesthetics, pacing, and storytelling
• Understanding of gaming culture and trends
• Efficient time-management and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, edit, and produce high-quality video content, including trailers, gameplay showcases, teasers, and marketing materials
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and development teams to ensure content aligns with the game’s vision and narrative
• Capture and edit in-game cinematics, leveraging tools like Unreal Engine to create visually stunning sequences
• Maintain a cohesive aesthetic style across all video content, showcasing excellent taste in pacing, transitions, and overall presentation
• Optimize video content for various platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and social media
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into video projects
