Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into both long-form and short-form videos, ensuring top-notch quality and alignment with GhoulzTube’s brand voice
• Provide creative input on structure, pacing, and visual storytelling to boost engagement
• Integrate graphics, animations, and effects to enhance video content and maintain branding consistency
• Manage audio elements, including syncing, level adjustments, and the incorporation of background music and sound effects
• Collaborate effectively with the creative team to understand project goals and implement feedback
• Organize video files and assets for an efficient workflow and easy project access
• Stay up-to-date with editing trends and YouTube best practices to maximize video engagement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with YouTube, including SEO, audience engagement, and monetization strategies
• Understanding of Average View Duration (AVD) and strategies to optimize video retention
