Summary

The Video Production Manager leads the development and execution of audio-video content for clients, integrating advanced technologies and team leadership. They are responsible for project management, budgeting, strategic development, technology integration, team development, resource management, creative collaboration, and operational administration.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Marketing, Film, Motion Media, Animation, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; higher degrees preferred
• At least 3 years of proven team leadership and management experience
• A minimum of 6 years as a motion graphics designer or animator, preferably in an advertising agency
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition
• A thorough understanding of current production techniques and standards with a proven ability to innovate and adapt to changing technologies

Responsibilities

• Directs the production team to deliver high-quality projects on schedule
• Identifies bottlenecks and drives process enhancements
• Overses project budgets to maximize cost-effectiveness
• Ensures deep understanding of client requirements
• Stays ahead of industry trends and facilitates advanced training sessions
• Leads both team-based and individual training programs
• Ensures all production materials are up-to-date and accessible
• Partners with stakeholders and creatives to conceptualize and launch compelling advertising campaigns
• Manages all administrative aspects, including invoice processing and adherence to HR policies
• Implements initiatives aimed at enhancing team morale and retention
