Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 months financial experience highly desired
  • Ability to keep and maintain confidential company data and records
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license and satisfy all regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end VIP services intake, contract, and purchase order lifecycle management process in partnership with various teams
  • Extremely well-versed on the end-to-end sourcing life cycle, consistently displaying subject matter expert knowledge of sourcing
  • Manage, maintain and analyze spend data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for VIP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure needed services are delivered on time
  • Respond to requests for information, contract/PO approval status updates and ensure appropriate and timely responses are provided
  • Work closely with the Accounts Payable, Finance and Accounting teams to assist in resolving invoice queries, spend and forecasting
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key vendors as part of the day-to-day needs
  • Set-up suppliers and address change processes including verification of details and vetting of suppliers
  • Ability to problem solve complex issues using sound judgement and excellent decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, and experience working with large data volume
  • Experience in sports or online gaming highly desired
