Requirements

• Proven experience with email marketing tools
• Strong copywriting skills specifically for email content
• Basic to intermediate design/layout skills (email structure, brand consistency)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and manage email campaigns using CRM and email marketing tools
• Write engaging and conversion-focused email copy, with a strong emphasis on subject lines and CTAs
• Develop and implement targeted email marketing strategies tailored to different audiences
• Monitor and analyze key email performance metrics (open rates, click-throughs, conversions, etc.)
• Design clean, visually appealing, and brand-aligned email templates
• A/B test subject lines, copy, and layouts to optimize performance
• Support other copy and content-related tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience with email marketing tools (Go High Level experience is a big plus, but not required)
