Summary
Join our client, a boutique consultancy specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and ClickDimensions, as a Virtual Marketing Assistant with Executive Support Duties. This remote role, based in the Philippines, is ideal for a passionate marketing professional who enjoys content creation and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment. You will play a key role in driving visibility, engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms while providing light executive support. Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus but not required; the client prioritizes a strong marketing mindset and eagerness to learn. The position offers long-term remote work, a supportive culture, on-the-job training, and opportunities for skill development in digital marketing and CRM strategy. Working hours are 12:00 PM β 8:00 PM AEST.
Requirements
- Able to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong copywriting and written English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Draft SEO-friendly content for newsletters, LinkedIn, blogs, and website
- Align content with CRM strategy and lead generation goals
- Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to assist with writing and image creation
- Research and coordinate in-person speaking opportunities, podcasts, webinars, and conferences
- Organise and manage webinars and live/online events (using Humanitix/Eventbrite)
- Manage post-event communication and performance reporting
- Research, write, and schedule two newsletters per month
- Use tools like Mailchimp or Email Octopus
- Support campaign rollout and track performance
- Track/log inbound leads in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and segmentation for marketing campaigns
- Monitor and respond to comments/messages on LinkedIn
- Support audience growth and thought leadership positioning
- Identify and flag high-potential leads for follow-up
- Manage content calendar and marketing collateral
- Schedule posts and coordinate delivery across platforms
- Liaise with freelancers/contractors as needed
- Manage and grow YouTube channel
- Book domestic travel (flights/accommodation)
- Handle occasional business/personal admin
- Perform basic data entry and updates into Xero
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI content tools
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems
- Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills
