Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Join Tia, a full-stack women's healthcare business, as a Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant! This full-time remote position requires an active NY NP and RN license. You will provide comprehensive virtual care, including gynecology and primary care services, manage patient communication, and contribute to technology development. The schedule includes every Friday and Saturday, with flexible options for other days. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, shaping the Tia care model and improving technology tools. This role requires at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience and a passion for delivering high-quality integrated care via telemedicine. Requirements

• Be a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of New York and able to provide primary care and support of all aspects of women’s health with compassion and empathy
• Have at least 2 years of post graduate clinical experience
• Have experience and a passion for delivering high quality integrated care via telemedicine and are highly tech savvy
• Possess deep clinical expertise in providing primary care and women’s health experience (at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience) including: STD screens, UTI & Vaginal infections consults, Pelvic Pain, Vaginal Bleeding, Birth Control counseling, annual exams and urgent care concerns (coughs, sore throat, abdominal pain, basic dermatological conditions) with an ability to take this brick and mortar experience and translate it to virtual delivery
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellence in Interpreting and act on clinical labs + ultrasound results
• Be willing to work evenings + weekends as needed by schedule
• Be authorized to work in the US and willingness to be credentialed through major health systems and payers

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and integrative virtual care spanning across gynecology and primary care services
• Conduct virtual establishment of care visits
• Provide birth control and flu/cold consults
• Conduct weight management and dermatology focused visits
• Answer patient questions via chat
• Manage your inbox for lab review, patient follow-ups and case consultations
• Shape the Tia care model and improve our technology tools
• Collaborate with our product & engineering teams to share insights and feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Have a diverse background, a range of care experiences in different communities or various modalities
• Have formal professional training in the following areas: care delivery for women who have experienced trauma and care delivery for LGBTQ identified folks
• Have experience or formal training weaving integrative medicine practices into your care plan development
