Requirements

• Must hold a DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) degree or equivalent
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with dental software and virtual communication tools
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and practices
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to providing excellent patient care
• Must have a reliable internet connection and necessary computer equipment to work from home

Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists with treatment planning and case management
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Provide virtual support for patient consultations and follow-up care
• Communicate effectively with patients to inform them about treatment processes, timelines, and expectations
• Manage and order dental supplies as needed
• Support the orthodontic team with administrative tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in orthodontics
• Bilingual (Spanish)
