Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Reside in and intend to work from one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, VA, WA

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls, emails and live chats
  • Transfer calls or take messages as necessary
  • Register new patients in electronic medical record
  • Schedule new patient consultations and ensure all new patient questionnaires are completed prior to consultation with provider
  • Email new patient “welcome packets” after successful registration
  • Provide patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns
  • Maintain patient records and protect patient confidentiality
