Summary

Join Massive Bio, a fast-growing health-tech startup, as a dynamic Virtual Tumor Board Organizer for Clinical Trials. Working remotely, you will spearhead virtual and in-person roundtable events focused on oncology and malignant hematology clinical trials. Your responsibilities include pre-event preparations, logistics, physician engagement, and post-event analysis. You will leverage Massive Bio's AI-powered prescreening tool to facilitate collaboration among oncologists. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience in event planning. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a proven ability to engage with physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Physician Assistant, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to tap into an established network of physicians and oncology experts for roundtable discussions
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure flawless execution
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders and senior leaders
• Comfortable with hybrid and virtual platforms; skilled in corporate branding and marketing strategies
• Willingness to travel occasionally, with flexible hours (including evenings/weekends) based on event schedules
• High level of speaking, writing, and understanding proficiency in English
• Living in Colombia, Brazil or Peru

Responsibilities

• Test our advanced oncology technologies in high-yield, trial-agnostic scenarios
• Gather meaningful feedback from physicians to continually improve Massive Bio’s tools, platform, and chatbots
• Share the latest in AI, technology, and cancer research, helping clinicians enhance their practices, save time, and provide cutting-edge care to their patients
• Plan and execute high-impact in-person or virtual roundtable events that drive physician collaboration, introduce new oncology technology solutions, and facilitate patient prescreening for clinical trials
• Handle all event deliverables, from initial concept to execution—overseeing timelines, budgets, venues, catering, audiovisual requirements, and vendor relationships to create a seamless attendee experience
• Tap into your established physician contacts to orchestrate roundtable discussions that spotlight Massive Bio’s initiatives, invite feedback on our AI platform, and expand our presence in the oncology community
• Develop strategic event plans and timelines while staying on brand, meeting company goals, and maximizing ROI. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or experience
• Serve as the primary liaison among internal teams, external partners, speakers, VIP guests, and sponsors, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with event objectives, especially in the areas of technology testing and AI-driven cancer care
• Partner with senior executives and third parties to continually refine event strategies that drive company growth and support our vision of universal clinical trial access
• Collect and evaluate attendee and stakeholder feedback—especially around the use of our technology platform. Provide post-event performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance future events and product iterations

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tumor board setup and oncological best practices is a strong plus
• Experience with physician workflow and/or care assistance tools is advantageous
• Experience in gathering and incorporating feedback on digital platforms is a strong plus
