Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and delivering complex, high-impact products
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and modern software development practices
• Experience with Siena's technology stack (Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS) is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Siena AI’s business goals
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing, distributed engineering team
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Siena AI’s products
