Summary

Join Pathward, a hybrid, remote-office financial empowerment company, as a Line of Business Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of Financial Institutions and Corporate clients. You will develop and execute sales, relationship management, and retention strategies to achieve strategic goals. Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, forecast sales, and report to senior management. Represent the company at industry events and develop lead acquisition strategies. Collaborate with various departments to improve product offerings and provide coaching and support to your team. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales, relationship management, & retention strategies to deliver growth in accordance with Pathward Managed strategic and financial goals
  • Oversee and manage a team of sales & relationship individual contributors, including establishing and managing KPIโ€™s and objectives aligned with Pathwardโ€™s strategic initiatives
  • Accurately forecast future sales and retention opportunities, through pipeline and analytics reporting
  • Regularly report to senior management on progress toward sales and retention goals
  • Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, workshops, social media campaigns, trade shows and expositions to retain and attract new clients and Sales Agents
  • Develop and execute lead acquisition and Sales Agent strategies in partnership with the Marketing department
  • Negotiate contracts in line with Legal direction and in the best interest of Pathward
  • Actively participate in annual budget planning and monthly financial reviews
  • Partner with product management, Client Success, marketing and relevant stakeholders to innovate and improve product offerings, technology and services based on aggregated issues, suggestions and client feedback
  • Provide coaching, support and staff development
  • Other duties as assigned
