Summary

Join our team as a Vice President in Franchise Sales and drive the growth of select companies' brands in the United States, leading the franchise sales process from lead generation to contract.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and lead the Company’s ongoing license and franchise leads from start to finish
  • Negotiate traditional and non-traditional agreements, area development and master franchise agreements from LOI to long form
  • Lead discovery days, candidate interviews, and franchise/license awards
  • Maintain relationships with existing licensees/franchisees
  • Ensure license/franchise standards are maintained, and other duties commensurate with the position
  • Coordinate the timely execution of approval and authorization documents
  • Continually source prospective licensees/franchisees
  • Quickly develop rapport and trust with potential licensees/franchisees
  • Coordinate all tasks to see each project through to timely completion
  • Communicate status and report progress regularly
  • Source and screen license/franchise prospects
  • Negotiate license/franchise deals
  • Take license/franchise prospects from application to license/franchise agreement execution
  • Presentation of financial analyses and business opportunities in clear and understandable terms to the Earl Enterprises leadership as well as third parties
  • Review and monitor franchise disclosure agreement, fee adjustments and/or modifications to license agreements and makes recommendations to Earl Enterprises leadership
  • Performs related tasks as assigned
