Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure
• A proven track record of leadership at the Director or VP level
• Deep expertise in risk adjustment, HEDIS, STAR measures, and value-based care models
• Experience scaling clinical operations and leading teams in Medicare/Medicaid-focused programs
• A passion for leveraging innovation and technology to improve patient outcomes
