Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in crypto, service engineering and operations
• Experience with protocols, services, and production security
• Detailed technical knowledge based on experience as an individual contributor

• Experience managing a staff, maintaining budgets, resolving conflicts, and communicating trade-offs and risks
• Track record with excellent references

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering organization, which includes production and quality assurance
• Collaborate with security, product, business development, and legal teams
• Own technical strategy and overall systems architecture
• Own staffing and all other organization resources
• Deliver high quality processes and services throughout the engineering organization
• Lead teams with high standards for technical excellence, trust, and efficiency
