Summary

Gravie is a health benefit solutions company looking for an experienced Machine Learning (ML) team leader to shape and direct their AI/ML strategy. The ML team leader will oversee the entire ML project lifecycle, ensure best practices, mentor and lead a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay updated with advancements in AI/ML. A Master’s or Ph.D. degree and 5+ years of hands-on ML experience are required, along with expertise in standard ML tools and libraries.

Requirements

• A Master’s or Ph.D. degree in AI and Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with successfully building and managing ML products end-to-end in the startup ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Shape and direct Gravie's AI/ML strategy to align with objectives and strategic priorities
• Oversee the entire ML project lifecycle, from initial scoping through execution and analysis
• Cultivate, mentor, and lead a ML team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to align AI/ML initiatives with business needs
