You will build relationships with staffing agencies and implement strategies to maximize productivity and reduce costs. This role requires 3+ years of logistics/warehouse experience, inventory management skills, Google Sheets proficiency, and forklift certification. Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations
- Inventory management experience and skills
- Google sheets management experience
- Forklift and heavy equipment certified
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in managing unique and complex situations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is necessary
- Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods and procedures
Responsibilities
- Direct warehouse operations staff
- Ensure that Fever's internal operations process is followed
- Management of inbound / outbound shipment destined for the warehouse
- Inventory Management: Categorize and input on SORTLY, conducting audits, updating inventory based on the shipping/receiving of trucks
- KPIs definition, and tracking metrics of inventory and facilities
- Budgeting of workforce, logistics functions, and support costs such as safety, security, insurance, and facility maintenance
- Support Finance team by tracking, and allocating costs per IP based on warehouse use
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free environment (Maintenance Plan)
- POC for stakeholders (F.O., N.Vβ¦) whose inventory is stored there
- Business relationships with staffing agencies for warehouse operations
- Responsible for implementing strategies that drive standardization, continuous improvement, maximize productivity, and efficiency to reduce overall costs
