Web Design Lead

Summary

Join Vanta's Brand Creative Team as a Web Design Lead and help shape our website. This fully remote role requires extensive web/UI design experience, including digital editorial design and expertise in layout and typography. You will play a key role in elevating Vanta's brand through website and product visualization, collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong visual design skills, systems thinking, and data visualization expertise. Requirements

• BFA in graphic design or a similar field
• 8+ years of experience in web/UI
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual assets led by design and UI principles, systems thinking, UI visualization, data visualization, typography knowledge
• A solid understanding of graphic design principles and current trends
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team, self-manage, and demonstrate leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Figma

Responsibilities

• Hold one of the key roles in uplifting Vanta’s brand within our website and product visualization
• Report to the creative director, and work with designers, motion designers and copywriters
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with both B2B and B2C brands
• Animation skills
