Product Design Lead

Summary

As a UI/UX Designer, you will translate product and business goals into actionable design strategies, participate in shaping the product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, while also conducting user research to validate design decisions. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience in UI/UX design, ideally within B2B SaaS, developer tools, gaming, or consumer tech. Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer tools, gaming, or consumer tech
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across platforms
• Mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe CC, Protopie, or similar design/prototyping software
• Motion design skills for transitions, animations, and interactive feedback
• Interest or experience in web3, blockchain, or decentralized systems
• Deep understanding of UX principles, user flows, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Experience conducting and applying user research to real product outcomes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Translate product and business goals into clear, actionable design strategies
• Participate in shaping the product roadmap, contributing user-centered insights and design-led thinking
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features based on player needs, technical constraints, and business impact
• Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes for both in-game and developer platform-related experiences
• Develop and maintain a robust design system and visual language that supports consistency across our ecosystem
• Conduct user research, surveys, and usability tests to validate design decisions and uncover insights
• Champion design quality through regular design reviews, QA testing, and collaborative iteration
• Document and communicate design decisions clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with engineering to ensure accurate implementation and user experience fidelity

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior professional or non-professional experience in software engineering
• Strong understanding of web technologies and front-end development, with the ability to write clean and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with game design principles or user psychology in gameplay
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices
