Requirements

• Ability to work with HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver (or other IDE), Adobe Illustrator, and Macromedia Flash (with an emphasis on motion design)
• Web, CSS 3 and HTML 5 optimization is highly desired
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills to set and manage client expectations
• Proven organizational/time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail to uphold an exceptional level of quality deliverables
• Usability and human-computer interaction skills
• Comprehension of cross browser issues
• Ability to interpret JavaScript
• 1-3 years of professional technical Web design experience
• Experience with Web based Software Company preferred

Responsibilities

• Create, validate, and deploy successful HTML templates for clients
• Assess current documents and systems of clients and implement/create templates based on assessments
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues with clients
