Requirements

Responsibilities
- Examine site analytics and apply insights when devising website redesign strategy
- Develop and refine site navigation and information architecture
- Review and provide a Keep-Update-Delete analysis on all website content, based on client and website strategic goals
- Design/build website content using page-building tools and platforms such as Elementor, WPBakery, Hubspot, Webflow, and others
- Review and provide feedback on mockups, focusing on UX and CRO
- Ensure the new website aligns with and leverages client branding and messaging
- Clearly and authoritatively communicate requirements and action items with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead (with the Project Manager) on organization and process-adherence for smooth website redesign projects
- Develop or contribute to user journey mapping
- Ideate on and implement A/B testing and multivariate testing
- Develop brand messaging and positioning for organizations and/or their products and services
- Complete other independent tasks delegated by senior team members
- Create surveys and analyze data
- Develop personas by conducting interviews and summarizing findings
- Consult on brand messaging, product naming, and style guidance
- Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on YouTube channel optimization, focusing on branding, customer journey, and CRO
- Execute assigned deliverables with supervision and support from the Chief Services Officer (CSO)
- Work under deadline pressure to produce quality, on-brand, and on-spec work
- Collaborate with other members of the design and development teams during the website redesign process
- Collaborate with other team members in the consulting team's deliverable peer-review process
- Collaborate closely with other consultants and colleagues to understand prospects' and clients' needs and task details
- Conduct UX and technical site analysis—both strategic and technical
- Carefully track projects in Brafton's project management application
- Communicate on live projects with all involved team members to ensure clarity and adherence to deadlines
- Ensure that all deliverables align with client expectations and meet internal quality standards
- Assist other team members with information synthesis, formatting, and report proofing as directed by the CSO
- Explore and develop new service offerings with the support of managers and senior colleagues
- Work to understand and gain insights into industry trends and standards around data analysis and reporting, lead generation, design best practice, and content marketing in general
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop strong in-house knowledge stores, policies, and processes
- Work closely with Brafton's development team, CMS, production teams, and other departments as needed for timely and successful task completion
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience
