Requirements

• 5-7 years of proven experience in product management, with 2-3 years in Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency
• Demonstrated ability to lead product development from concept to launch
• Strong skills in managing client and stakeholder relationships
• Experience in overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Excellent research skills to analyze business models and market opportunities
• Proficiency in creating wireframes to guide product development
• Strong analytical skills for making data-driven decisions
• In-depth understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• Experience with NFTs and personal crypto wallets
• Native fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, ensuring timely completion

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new Web3 products from the ground up, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy and vision
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, coordinating with the development team to ensure timely and quality outcomes
• Meet regularly with the development team to review ideas, designs, and progress, facilitating effective collaboration and communication
• Conduct thorough market research to analyze business models, identify opportunities, and inform product strategy
• Create detailed wireframes to guide the development process and ensure clear understanding of product features and functionalities
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to make informed decisions and optimize product performance
