Weekend Systems Engineer

Summary

The job is for a Systems Engineer at DeepHealth, responsible for delivering AI technologies to healthcare customers, providing technical support, improving processes, and ensuring smooth software integrations. Remote work is required on weekends.

Requirements

• Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent; or 3+ years of working experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry
• Professional experience with GCP or AWS
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
• Ability to manage customer relations in a complex environment
• Self-starting: ability to manage own time and priorities
• Pro-active: eager to resolve issues and propose and implement improvements
• Attention to detail; working with high levels of accuracy
• Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical staff to resolve issues
• Experience with administrating Linux environments and Bash

Responsibilities

• Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of our advanced AI medical imaging software
• Provide expert technical support to customers and partners
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Delivery and Implementation team's workflows
• Be adaptable and available to support customers on the weekend

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Docker based deployments
• Experience with medical environments or imaging (particularly DICOM, PACS)
• Experience with Python, software development, DevOps, Agile/Scrum
• Experience with cloud deployments
• Experience with Windows installations & PowerShell
