Summary

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in WordPress development and front-end maintenance
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress architecture
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UX/UI principles
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and CRO teams
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth operation, performance, and responsiveness of the website using WordPress themes and plugins
  • Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing landing pages in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Redesign and enhance existing pages to align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices
  • Work with the CRO team to test, implement, and optimize elements for better conversions
  • Add new interactive features and resolve issues promptly to maintain a seamless user journey
  • Set up and maintain Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track user behavior and performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms and tools like Hotjar, VWO, or similar
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles to support organic traffic growth
