Join Vosyn, a leading Language Synthesis AI firm, as a WordPress Developer for a Master's Level Internship. Requirements
- Currently pursuing an MBA or related Masterβs field degree, with a focus on communications or marketing
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to cross-functional teams effectively
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with a solid understanding of responsive design
- Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customization
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and performance monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a dynamic startup environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
- Website Development and Maintenance: Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring functionality, speed, and accessibility across devices and browsers
- Customization and Theme Development: Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to support unique website features and requirements
- SEO and Performance Optimization: Optimize website speed, SEO elements, and performance to improve search engine rankings and user experience
- Content and Design Integration: Collaborate with the content and design teams to implement visually appealing layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues, perform regular website audits, and ensure site security and stability
- Plugin Management: Manage and update plugins to maintain website functionality, security, and compatibility with the latest WordPress versions
- Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance, track user engagement, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Stay Updated with WordPress Trends: Keep up with the latest WordPress developments, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the website remains innovative and competitive
