Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA or related Master’s field degree, with a focus on communications or marketing
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to cross-functional teams effectively

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with a solid understanding of responsive design
• Experience with WordPress theme and plugin development/customization

Responsibilities

• Website Development and Maintenance: Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring functionality, speed, and accessibility across devices and browsers
• Customization and Theme Development: Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins to support unique website features and requirements
• SEO and Performance Optimization: Optimize website speed, SEO elements, and performance to improve search engine rankings and user experience
• Content and Design Integration: Collaborate with the content and design teams to implement visually appealing layouts, graphics, and multimedia elements
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues, perform regular website audits, and ensure site security and stability
• Plugin Management: Manage and update plugins to maintain website functionality, security, and compatibility with the latest WordPress versions
• Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance, track user engagement, and provide insights for continuous improvement
