Summary

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Plugin Developer with over 2 years of experience in WordPress plugin customizations, custom plugin development, theme customizations, and custom theme development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and have a strong understanding of the WordPress ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) in WordPress plugin development and customization
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
• Experience with WordPress theme development and customization
• Strong understanding of the WordPress core, themes, and plugins
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• A portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress plugins to meet project requirements
• Create new WordPress plugins from scratch, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and performant
• Customize and develop new WordPress themes to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Ensure high performance and availability of websites by managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize website performance through regular tests and issue resolution
• Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code versions and collaborate with team members
• Write clean, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js)
