Summary

Join VirtualResource (VR), a boutique consultancy optimizing HR systems and Workday, as an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant with Prism expertise. You will create custom reports and analytics using Workday report writer, ensuring data accuracy and client satisfaction. This remote role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with advanced Workday reporting experience. You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide insights, and maintain report libraries. VR offers a flexible work environment and values staff development. Only experienced Workday consultants with advanced reporting skills should apply.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Workday report writing (advanced reporting, matrix reporting, composite reporting, and calculated fields). BIRT reporting a plus
  • Extensive experience with Workday Prism, including data preparation, data transformation, and visualization within the Workday platform
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, or related modules to integrate Prism with other Workday solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data and reporting
  • Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications
  • Relevant certifications in Workday Prism or other Workday Modules

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs
  • Understand business processes and have the ability to translate that knowledge into actionable insights in reports
  • Create custom reports and analytics using Workday report writer
  • Prioritize incoming reporting requests and other work to ensure client needs are met
  • Analyze report data and provide significant insights and analysis to stakeholders
  • Help to develop and maintain a data dictionary
  • Deliver training and support to end-users on how to run and interpret reports, when needed
  • Stay ahead of with Workday's latest reporting features and functionality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, Human Resources, or a related field and/or equivalent experience
  • As this is a remote role, you can be based anywhere in the EU or UK region, so long as you are authorised to work without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
