Workfront Solution Architect

Summary

LeapPoint is seeking an Adobe Workfront Architect to lead new and existing Workfront configurations and implementation engagements. The role involves solving complex problems, creating design documents, managing testing of configuration, gathering client details, translating business requirements into a design document, communicating the design plan, guiding clients to best solutions, building client relationships, and leading status calls. The position requires 3-6 years of Workfront design and implementation experience, 2+ years of Software (SaaS based solutions) Implementation Experience, communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills, excellent tactical and strategic skills, ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize personal workload, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions. The position is remote with potential for travel.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of Workfront design and implementation experience with a deep understanding of what is possible within the system
• 2+ Years of Software (SaaS based solutions) Implementation Experience
• Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills
• Excellent tactical and strategic skills
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead new and existing Workfront configurations and implementation engagements
• Build system architecture to solve complex problems for clients helping them to achieve their business objectives and goals
• Create, deliver, and validate design documents, including incorporating design components done by other architects when applicable
• Manage testing of configuration
• Gather details from the client on process, structure, permissions, etc. to then connect these processes to the objects within the system
• Translate business requirements into a design document and develop creative solutions for clients
• Communicate the design plan to the Configuration Consultant and validate design
• Guide clients to best solutions for their team and support in following best practices
• Build client relationships, lead status calls, and update plans for roll-out
