Summary

Join BitGo, a leading financial services provider for digital assets, as a Werkstudent (f/m/d) in Information Security! Based remotely within Germany, you will support the team in implementing new European digital resilience requirements (e.g., DORA), collaborate with Information Security, IT, and Risk Management, and contribute to process development and documentation. This role offers practical experience in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, applying your academic knowledge. The position is initially a 6-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. Requirements

• You are enrolled at a university – ideally in a course of study such as Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Informatics or a related subject
• You are at least in the third semester of your studies
• You work quickly, structured and detail-oriented
• You reliably deliver high-quality results
• You are familiar with the basic functions of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• You have good English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Support the team in implementing new European requirements for digital resilience (e.g., DORA) and gain exciting insights into a heavily regulated technical environment
• Work closely with the Information Security, IT, and Risk Management departments – and learn how modern organizations identify, assess, and manage digital risks
• Help us further develop processes and structures, keep documentation up-to-date, and make security an integral part of the company
• Take the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, technology-driven environment and apply your knowledge from your studies directly
