Working Student Finance

Requirements

• You are currently pursuing an advanced Bachelor’s degree or have recently started your Master’s in Finance or a related field at a German university
• Strong foundational knowledge of finance principles, with a keen interest in applying them in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial modeling and business analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
• Based in Cologne, Germany, or willing to work from there

Responsibilities

• Support the finance team in building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses
• Contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance financial data accuracy and reporting
• Provide insights that drive key business decisions
• Assist in automating financial reporting processes while ensuring data integrity and accuracy for both internal and external stakeholders
• Take part in various projects that support both the Finance team and the wider Sastrify organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional financial or accounting software (e.g., Datev)
